I absolutely love this venue. In my 20s I met my favorite rapper there. In recent times, my son has gotten into music, and he goes with to any all ages shows I attend. The bar tenders, the bouncers, they all look out for my boy. We got there early for a bday party and so my son wasnt left out (and to learn you dont have to drink alcohol to have fun) he did a ginger ale shot, with HIS favorite rapper for his birthday. And you cant buy that kind of memory for a young teenager. They made sure I was able to get around in my wheelchair without making me feel uncomfortable. I'd give more stars if I could 🥰

Love the Vortex! I have been there several times and each time has been a great experience! The bartenders rock and there’s always a good show out on! Security is always on point! Thanks for all the fun!

Went and seen my homie Insane E last night here at the Vortex. I like the venue. Enough space to have a good time, for sure. More of an intimate experience I would have to say, and I am happy I was able to go and enjoy

One of the best local clubs! Mike is the best bartender there!! Management is *chefs kiss* , music is always fun 🎶🎶 atmosphere is chill, its a safe space to have good fun 10/10 would recommend to someone who's never been there, would come back again and again …

As a hip hop artist from Ohio I have performed my music at the Vortex and it's crowd many times now an it's easily one of my favorite venues. The stage an lighting an everything is awesome, the venue itself an the bar are always clean an the staff an even the crowds ice performed for have all been great! 5 stars easy. #MisterSicc #MadMusic #SSMG

This place always allows vendors and artists to do their thing and is honestly a cornerstone for the music & art community. Without places like this artists wouldn't have a platform and I truly appreciate it. Not the fanciest spot but the people are real and the shows usually go off!

I have played here multiple times in both of my bands and never once had a problem with anyone that worked there. The people behind the bar were always down to earth people and the sound guy was second to none.

Went to see some bands here & had an enjoyable night ...Staff is very nice...lots of seating in the bar...The Concert Room & Outdoor seating area
